Hot to go Chicken in a box with no intrastructure for small footprint/convenience stores
Hot to go Cooked Chicken is a traditional well established market, however
It requires a considerable amount of infrastructure. Including ovens a counter and constant labour, not to mention fat disposal.
In addition to pre-planning of cooking and risk of losses due to wastage of cooked product. All of the above makes it difficult to offer hot chicken in Convenience stores.
The new cookbox technology changes all that and offers a space efficient low capitol and reduced labour cost option.
Ovens are available on leaseplans for quick effective roll-out.
Option for selling in retail for chicken and fish
A specially designed absorber pad is placed in base of box.
Chicken is cooked in the box from raw or partly cooked.
Cooked regularly throughout the day adding freshness to the offer.
Colleagues don't touch the chicken.
Waste fats and liquids are absorbed by the pad and taken away by the customer.
The ovens only require an 80cm square footprint and small work surface.
A whole chicken cooks in 12 minutes( raw) 7-8 minutes (cooked) = 20 chickens per hour.
Little or no cleaning of oven/racks.
Pre programmed ovens are easy to operate and require little training (press button)
