FBDC helped to create a range of own brand of food products with the aim to increase basket spend and differentiate the Threshers + Food Leaping Salmon brand from their competitors.

We took the project through market research, identifying suitable product range and supply partners, managing the project from NPD through to packaging procurement, artwork, process implementation including scaling up and final launch.

Retail (Branded): Disney

The consumer products division of Disney made a strategic decision to increase their food range within Europe and identified the potential to develop a broader food offer beyond confectionary and the fast food/ cinema sector.

We carried out a detailed comparative shop in conjunction with consumer research, created packaging formats to fit in with Disney's USP and identified partners that would be capable of delivering the new products for launch.

We worked as part of a cross functional working party to review their nutritional/ technical policy to the development of new food products for children for everyday and treats; this has been incorporated throughout Europe and rolled out in USA.

Contracted to bring innovation to a then newly formed desserts division where customers were struggling to see any directional grounding.

We produced mood boards of new ideas, packaging opportunities and worked with chefs to bring paper concepts to life.
