• At the roundabout follow signs for St. Albans. At the second roundabout (Shell petrol station on the corner) take second exit, in the direction of Hatfield (A414).
• At the next smaller roundabout, take third exit into Tippendell Lane.
• Continue along Tipendell Lane.
• Go under railway bridge.
• Look out for a small road on the left called Oliver Close opposite playing fields.
• Turn left down a driveway approx 50m after Oliver Close.
• The drive is between a row of houses and a small block of flats (unnamed). There is an FBDC sign on the corner of the drive.
• Go through the open car park/garages and the enter right hand gateway, leading to the FBDC car park.

M1 Southbound (from 'The North') Junction 7

• Take the M10 signposted to St. Albans.
• At the end of the dual carriageway, take the third exit at roundabout, indicating Radlett A5183 and Park Street HGV's.
• After about 0.7 mile (and after having driven under a railway bridge) and passed Park Street Station, turn into the first street on the right, called Park Street Lane, located after a pedestrian crossing and The Falcon pub.
• In Park Street Lane, after about 75 yards (after The Gun Shop) turn right into a small road between a row of houses and a low-rise block of flats (unnamed). There is an FBDC sign on the corner of the drive. It is located before Oliver Close. Go through the open car park/garages and enter right hand gateway, leading to the FBDC car park.

A1 Southbound (from 'The North') Junction 3

• Stay in the left-hand lane and take the slip road immediately after the Hatfield Tunnel.
• First roundabout turn right onto the A414 towards St. Albans.
• Next roundabout, (big oblong shape) go straight over.
• Next roundabout with traffic lights take the third exit (A414 Hemel Hempstead and M10/M1).
• At the next roundabout, take first exit, indicating Radlett A5183 and Park Street HGV's, going past the BP garage.
• After about 0.7 mile (passed Park Street Station and after having driven under a railway bridge), turn into the first street on the right, called Park Street Lane, located after a pedestrian crossing and The Falcon pub.
• In Park Street Lane, after about 75 yards (after The Gun Shop) turn right into a small road between a row of houses and a low-rise block of flats (unnamed). There is an FBDC sign on the corner of the drive. It is located before Oliver Close, signs for FBDC. Go through the open car park/garages and enter right hand gateway, leading to the FBDC car park.
